5. How will I keep my brace clean?
At the time that you have your brace fitted we will explain in detail:
- What sort of brushes to use:
Orthodontic and interspace (ask your orthodontist about use of electric toothbrushes)
- How often to clean:
After every meal and before going to bed.
- When to use disclosing tablets or paste:
After brushing and just before bed.
- When to use Fluoride mouthwashes:
Just before bed.
